10/10 Little Gem. Quiet, comfy bed slept like a log. Carole is very accommodating nothing is too much trouble. Your own sitting room* with TV and tea & coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant stay with very welcoming hosts Carole & David. Comfortable, clean, well appointed, with an excellent breakfast. Well situated 5 mins from the seafront with good train and bus connections on the doorstep. We would certainly recommend Sandays for your stay in Dawlish Warren, especially as it is centrally located between Exmouth and Exeter on one side, and Dawlish, Teignmouth and Torquay on the other side.

Had a lovely two night stay at Sandays. Very clean, good breakfast and Carole couldn’t do enough for us. Good parking and a great location for the beach and coastal path to Dawlish.

Another great stay and Carole & Dave are so welcoming. Excellent choice for breakfast and rooms very clean and comfortable. Will be back again.
