Multiple walks lead from Sandays B&B (Dawlish Warren) to the pretty seaside town of Dawlish. Follow the promenade along this beautiful stretch of the South Devon coastline, follow the coastal path or combine the two.
Promenade Walk from Dawlish Warren to Dawlish
This half an hour walk along a paved promenade offers breathtaking views and ends in the charming town of Dawlish. Follow the promenade out to Red Rock and simply keep going along the coast. At a brisk pace this walk to Dawlish takes around half an hour. At high tide it may be necessary to do the last section of the walk on the coastal path.
Alternate Routes From Dawlish Warren to Dawlish
There is also a coastal path between Dawlish Warren and Dawlish. This walk leads from the outer car park, past the back garden of the Langstone Hotel. This is an easy route to the lovely holiday town of Dawlish.
Circular Walk Dawlish
It is also possible to combine the two routes and do a shorter circular walk rather than going all the way into Dawlish. Of course as with many walks in this area there is an option to walk in one direction, enjoy some refreshments and catch the train back.
