As a minimum we need to know the names and contact details of the people involved and the rooms and dates requested.
Any booking made is considered to be provisional subject to receipt of a deposit. The standard deposit is the price of the first night, per room. If paying by cheque then the balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note our cancellation procedure: if a booking is cancelled by the prospective guest within 2 weeks (14 days) of the event then the deposit will be retained. If a booking is cancelled 15 days or more before the event then the deposit will be refunded (an administration charge will be deducted if costs such as telephone calls, postage, and/or significant amounts of time have been incurred). Should circumstances beyond our control cause Sandays to cancel a booking then the deposit would always be refunded.
It is helpful if at the time of making the booking you are able to estimate time of arrival. At busy times the room may not be ready before 2pm but you are welcome to to register any time after 11am and leave your bags, etc.
