Reception Lounge
The reception lounge area at the front of the house is equipped with comfortable cane furniture, maps & information about the area. Windows run the length of the room, ensuring it stays bright whatever the weather and lovely and warm on a sunny day. A lovely place to start and end your day in Devon.
Breakfast Room
The breakfast room interconnects with the reception lounge and can be used all day. The room can be accessed from the lounge or the hallway and is stocked (in addition to dining tables and chairs) with books and games for general use. There is also a small frig in this area which is for general guest use. We also put bottled water in there for guests to help themselves to, very popular on a hot day!
Outdoor Seating Area
The sheltered, coastal themed decking area at the front of the house is equipped with garden furniture and surrounded by beautiful hanging baskets. This outdoor seating area is available for guest use from Spring through to Autumn.
Free Parking and Cycle Storage
There is space on our gravelled forecourt for three guest cars, one per room. No charge is made for parking which is at the owner’s risk. Cycles can be stored around the back of the house or in the garage if required.
Additional Information
Internet access: Free wifi is available throughout the entire B&B.
Cloakroom: There is a ground floor toilet and cloakroom area opposite the breakfast room.
Drying Area: We are happy to provide extra help for walkers or cyclists with wet clothes or boots, please just ask.
Keys: When you stay with us you will be given a front door key and a room key and can come and go as you please.
No smoking: Please note, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
