Situation

Warren Road has a good surface with pavements on each side. The road is level where Sandays is located.

External

There is a gravelled forecourt. Cars are parked in this area.
There are two concrete steps to the front door; there is a metal handrail for support.
There is a pvc threshold on entry to the lounge.
Cyclists and walkers: if using the garage for storage or use of outdoor tap. Opens off forecourt, up and over style door, small ridge onto concrete floor.

Lounge & Breakfast rooms

Carpeted throughout. Metal and wood threshold between the two rooms, 90cm gap width.
