A friend of ours called at Sandays today and whilst here showed us a decorated stone found along Dawlish beach, with “Devon Rocks and Stones” on the back. He will now take a photo of it and post it on the Facebook page to say where he found it, before leaving it somewhere entirely different to be re-discovered by someone else. This is such a fun idea that has been going for about 5 months now but is gradually spreading around Devon, enjoyed by adults and children alike.
We will be looking out for stones: they could be anywhere in towns or countryside. You never know, we might even find one on our wall at Sandays one day.
