Heritage Open Days are an annual event throughout the country and there are lots of different buildings involved in Devon. Exeter alone has a list of 47 different events over the period 7th – 10th September, allowing access to buildings, or parts of buildings which the public do not usually get to see.
Lots to choose from and mostly free but you may have to book in advance. Enjoy exploring!
