Visited Killerton House on Thursday (November 27th) and really enjoyed it; an easy drive from Sandays B&B. Owned by the National Trust, it is always beautiful but at the moment is really quite magical with scenes from the Nutcracker and Christmas trees everywhere. They haven’t just “decked the halls”, there are baubles hanging from the trees and a line of lantern bearing soldiers along the drive.
Give yourself a treat and fit in a visit, very festive.
