Visited the National Trust property Knightshayes again yesterday, and particularly enjoyed the wonderful walled garden. Most of the plants are small at this time of year, but seeing the fresh new green against the turned soil, and the wonderful structure and layout of the area was stunning.

There is lots going on there during March and over the Easter holidays.

Knightshayes is in the Tiverton area, so when visiting from Sandays we always take the opportunity to visit Tiverton as well, and take the “tourist route” back to Exeter to allow for a stop at Bickleigh Mill.
