The Panatical Steel Band brought the sounds of summer, and eventually the sun too, to what began as a rather chilly Bank Holiday Monday in Dawlish. This young band from Hampshire played all afternoon on the bandstand, with great energy and exuberance. The sound carried beautifully all around the Lawns and shops, enjoyed by everyone. Even the birds seemed to enjoy it!
