We have had a week of glorious weather here, a real extension of the summer and very well received by our guests. The beach has been popular along with with walking, cycling and general exploring. Some very active guests this week enjoying both the South West Coast Path and the estuary trails.
Still lots going on around here as we head into the weekend. Devon Open Studios completes another fabulous year on Sunday with dozens of local studios to visit and the chance to talk to the artists and enjoy some amazing work.
Heritage Open Days provide an opportunity to gain access to places normally off limits, and find out a bit more about them.
Powderham Castle plays host to an Arts Festival over the weekend, see their website for all the information.
And on a smaller scale but will be lovely: an Autumn Fruits Fair at St.Paul’s church Starcross on Sunday afternoon.
