Toby Buckland held his third Garden Festival in April, but this was the first one I have been along to. What a fantastic event! Masses of stalls (kept thinking I had seen everything and then finding another area) with everything for the garden and plenty of good food and drink too. Talks running all day and all in the absolutely beautiful setting of Powderham castle. There are lots of events held at Powderham (we always feel lucky that Sandays is so close!)but this one is literally entwined with the castle incl talks in the kitchen and stalls throughout. All very well organised and lots of inspiration, I hope there will be lots more.
