One of great things about living at Sandays is that there are so many good events happening around here almost on our doorstep. One of our firm favourites is Toby’s (Toby Buckland) Garden Festival at Powderham Castle. Set in and around the lovely castle this was a day full of energy, light and colour. Just about everything garden related you could think of, new ideas and talks all day. A great addition this year was “Still on the Move”, Cosmo Caddy from Devon Distillery talking botanicals … and providing lots of gin! Also really enjoyed the Greens of Devon talk & tasting of edible flowers.
