There was an update on the Beach management scheme at the Warren today. Now you would be forgiven for thinking that it looks a terrible mess there at the moment but we are pleased to know that at least everything is on schedule and going to plan so far. They will soon (June) be progressing to what for most people will be the most interesting stage: the dredging of sand from Pole Sands and pumping it on shore to replenish the beach. Starting of course with the area between groynes 1 and 4 in preparation for the main holiday season.
